2020 Green Rankings

As this is the first year there are no changes for ranks. *INS = Insufficient Data

As Expected: Mana dorks. Birds of Paradise and Noble Hierarch with their multicolour fixing as 1 drops just cant be beat. As role players in any Gx deck, these two help define green's identity within the cube.

Pleasant Surprises: Finale of Devastation has fit in really nicely as a tool kit card for finding utility creatures and not being restricted to green targets means it can be played in a lot more decks. I still haven't seen X cast for 10 or more but that's mostly just for bragging rights.

Disappointments: Green instants still suck. Beast Within, Arachnogenesis, Collected Company, Berserk. They are just too narrow despite being powerful effects. Collected Company and Berserk actually have the highest win percentage of all green cards in the cube but the limitations of the decks that want them stops them from performing consistently. Once Upon a Time will hopefully set the standard for green instants once it gets some more reps.
